Gathering documentation before you start, and attaching it to the application, will greatly speed up the review process.  Depending upon the nature of your hardship, useful documentation might include any or all of the following:

• Outstanding bills
• Receipts
• Insurance documentation
• Relevant medical documentation
• Police reports
• Photographs of damage to property
• Bank statements – if you feel they are applicable

You may be asked to provide additional information during the review process, but attaching documentation will reduce that likelihood.
